Medication Returns
Under federal and state law (California Board of Pharmacy), prescription medications cannot be returned once they have been dispensed and delivered. This is to ensure the chemical integrity and safety of the supply chain for all patients.
Eligible for Refund or Reshipment
While we cannot accept physical returns of meds, we provide a 100% satisfaction guarantee under the following circumstances:
- Damaged Goods: If your package arrives with broken seals or damaged contents.
- Incorrect Order: If you receive a different medication or dosage than what was ordered.
- Non-Delivery: If your package is lost in transit (confirmed via tracking) and doesn’t arrive within 10 business days.
Refund Process
Once a refund is approved by our billing desk, it will be processed within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method (Credit Card or Cryptocurrency wallet).
